TRX HIIT Class

TRX HIIT Class TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercises, which refers to a specialized form of suspension training developed by a former U.S. Navy Seal. The TRX suspension training uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. HIIT is a High Intensity Interval Training technique with intervals of high intensity exercise with short rest periods. TRX HIIT is a total body workout that will not only improve your muscle strength, but also your cardiovascular endurance.
