Dust off those reels and cane poles and join MWR for their First Fishing Rodeo Tournament!
If you plan to fish in the tournament, you will need a State Fishing License and we will waive the base fishing license for those who participate.
No State License are not needed for those under 16 yrs. old.

You can go fishing at any lake on NAS Meridian. Check in for tournament begins at 0800-1400, at the Community Recreation Complex, Pavillion.
Tournament will be broken down into age groups. 0-16 youth and 16 and above Adult. You may use boats (MWR has two for rental), but you must have the boater's safety course to rent and operate one).
Limits on Fish:
-Bass: 10 (12" in length)
-Crappie: 30 (combined black and white) 10" in length,
-Bream: 100 (combined bluegill, redear and other sunfish). any length
-Catfish: 10
