Competition to see who has the heaviest bench press! Each person will get 3 attempts to lift the heaviest weight. Divisions will be separated into male and female. The top 3 from each group will receive a special prize from First Command, a trophy, and their picture on the wall of fame. Participants will need to come to the gym April 20th at 1700 for the End of Competition Ceremony to find out how they placed and receive their prize!
