Tower Books and Café offers a casual location to sit and studay, get a cup of coffee, or check out one of our many resources. Offering books, movies, audiobooks, magazines, and a new circulating collection of craft tools, we strive to meet the variety of needs of our military community.
Authorized patrons include all active duty service members and their dependents, Reservists, retired service members, civilian and contract DoD employees and their family members, with no age restrictions.
· Wifi available throughout building
· Patron Laptops are available for use
· Conference Room is available for reservation with 24 hour notice, or by first come, first use
· Projectors are available to use in conference room or study area whiteboards
· Reference services available by phone or in person
· Proctoring service is available by appointment
· Games are available for in-house use
· Craft tools are available for circulation

Tower Book Club
Welcome all bibliophiles! Each month we choose a new book to read, then come together to discuss the themes and ideas in a lively discourse.
Meets the last Thursday of each month @ 4:00pm
Recommended age, 18+
Everyone is welcome to join in our incentive based reading events throught the year!
Don’t let your child fall behind with summer slide, reading while school is out has been proven to help kids retain information! Read with your kids to help your own memory, and participate in our reading events to learn something new.
Pre-Reader: Infant—5 y/o
Young Reader: 6-11 y/o
Teen: 12-18 y/o
Adult: ages 19+
Our off site library resource is the Navy MWR Digital Library. This resource is available 24/7/365! It is open to Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Active Duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents, Naval Academy Midshipman, DoN Delayed Entry Program Personnel, and Civilian employees (GS, NAF, CTR). They offer foreign languages, genealogy, current events, children's resources, and eBooks and audiobooks through Overdrive.
The Navy General Library Program offers their customers access to the CNO's and Commandant's Reading Lists, classic literature, and current fiction and non-fiction best sellers. It offers the largest Overdrive audiobook library in the world. Overdrive customers through the Navy MWR Digital Library create an account with Overdrive and can check out and transfer digital content to e-readers, tablets, smartphones, and more.
